175 g Caster sugar
175 g Self-raising flour
3 Medium eggs (beaten)
1 Lemon (finely zested - zest only)
1 Lime (finely zested - zest only)
¾ tsp Baking powder
Drizzle topping
150 g Granulated ssugar
1 Lemon (juice)
1 Lime (juice)

Preheat oven to 180°C/fan 160°c/gas 4

Line a greased 2lb loaf tin.

Add all the cake ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Pour into lined tin and cook in the middle of the oven for 40 mins (use skewer to check it's cooked - should come out clean).
Drizzle topping

Microwave lemon & line for 30 seconds, halve and juice.

Mix sieved juice with sugar, carefully spoon the drizzle over the warm cake.

Allow to cool and remove from tin.
