225 g Goat's cheese
½ Small red onion
1 tsp Fresh thyme - chopped
1 tsp Fresh oregano - chopped
280 ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Crushed red chilli flakes (pinch to taste)
Sea salt flakes
Freshly ground black pepper

Cut the cheese into 1/2 inch slices and lay out on a serving plate.

Sprinkle with onion, thyme, oregano and chilli flakes.

Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Leave at room temperature for 10 mins before serving.
Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until needed.

Serve with crusty bread.
