600 ml Tomato juice
2 Lemons - juiced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tobasco - to taste (optional)
2 tsp Sugar
30 ml Vodka - from freezer
2 Egg whites

Mix together all the ingredients.

Chill for 1 hour.

Churn in ice cream maker for about 25 minutes.

Pour into ramekins (optional) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
