Combine dry ingredients in a food processor and blend until a breadcrumb consistency is achieved.
Slowly add milk until a soft dough is formed.
Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick on a floured teflon sheet.
Cut into rounds or squares and place on a baking sheet.
Brush the top with beaten egg or milk.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes at 220°C.
Cool on a wire rack.
