Chicken Kebab

Marianade
 ½ cup Yogurt
 1 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Cumin
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Grated Ginger
 1 tsp Grated Garlic

 4 Chichen Thighs
 1 Red Pepper
 2 Onions

Cut the chicken into large bite sized peices.

Add the marianade ingrediants to the chicken and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Over night is preferable.

Chop the pepper and onion into bit  sized peices.

Soak some bamboo skewers in water for half an hour and assemble the chicken and veg onto the skewers.

Cook in the oven pre-heatred to 220C for approx 20 minutes.

Or if you'd prefer, BBQ until cooked through completely
