2 tbsp Butter
1 onion - diced
5 Garlic cloves - finely chopped
1 ½ cups Double cream
1 ½ tsp Cornflour
500 g Broccoli florets
½ cup Grated Mozzarella
⅓ cup Parmigiano Reggiano - grated

Melt the butter, add diced onion and cook until transparent

Add broccoli, season with salt and pepper to taste

Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add chopped garlic, stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant

Pour in cream, reduce heat, simmer for 3 - 4 minutes stirring occasionally

Transfer to serving dish and top with the cheeses

Either place under a grill, or oven cook at 200°C until cheese is bubbling and golden
