Preheat oven to 160°C/325°f/Gas 4.
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a dough.
Roll into sausage about 5cm in diameter and chill for 30 mins (not essential but makes it easier to slice).
Once chilled, slice off into biscuit sized slices and place on a baking tray.
Bake in oven for about 20 mins or until golden brown.
Leave to cool and put in air tight container (if they last long enough!).
